What touches Béatrice de Diego and sparks her curiosity often becomes the starting point of her work. She observes water, plants and geological formations with the same attention she gives to the rhythms, energy and experiences of life.
She transforms what she sees and feels into her own abstract visual language. Her work grows through the interaction of materials, intuition and the images she carries within her.
Her work moves between painting, relief and sculptural objects. Different materials are an essential part of her creative process. They continually open up new ways of working with surfaces, structures and forms allowing each idea find its own expression.
Her artistic language continues to grow while remaining true to its own character.
Her work invites people to slow down and build a personal connection with what they see. It encourages emotion and opens space for personal thoughts, memories and individual interpretations.
